Not recommended for those with specific allergies or highly selective preferences.
Craving a little mystery? Our Surprise Grab Bags are packed with fun, flavour, and the thrill of the unknown. Each bag is filled with a surprise mix of candies and treats, giving you way more variety than choosing just one thing.
Think of it as a lucky dip for snack lovers. No spoilers, no overthinking, just good surprises.
Available in $10, $15, and $20 options, each size offers a different assortment based on the value of the bag you choose. Contents will vary depending on current inventory, so every Grab Bag is a little different.
Images are provided as examples only and do not represent the exact assortment you will receive. Surprises are half the fun.
You’re welcome to leave a note at checkout with your favourite flavours, candies, or general preferences. We’ll make every effort to accommodate requests when selection and packing time allow, but Grab Bags are selected as surprise assortments and requests cannot be guaranteed.
Please keep in mind that requesting premium, specialty, or higher-value items may result in a smaller overall assortment, as the value of those individual products can be significantly higher.
Important Information
Surprise Grab Bags may include products containing common allergens such as milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, and others. Because products are selected from a changing assortment and may include items from different manufacturers, we cannot guarantee the absence of specific allergens.
Due to the nature of mixed products and shipping, some items may arrive with minor cosmetic damage such as scuffed or bent packaging, dents, or broken pieces. This does not necessarily affect the safety or edibility of the product.
Surprise Grab Bags are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Shipping & PO Box Addresses
We are happy to ship Surprise Grab Bags to PO Box addresses. Depending on the size of your order and Canada Post shipping requirements, your Grab Bag and other items in your order may be repacked or combined as needed for shipping.
Orders containing only Surprise Grab Bags, or Grab Bags along with other smaller items, may be packed and shipped together in one shipping box. Grab Bag contents are not necessarily packaged separately from the rest of your order.
Don’t worry, you’re still getting all the surprise goodies. We’re just making the best use of the shipping box instead of playing Tetris with candy and cardboard.
Weather Shipping Notice
Your Surprise Grab Bag may contain chocolate or other temperature-sensitive products depending on the current assortment. During warmer months, we strongly recommend adding ice packs and thermal protection to your order when your selection includes heat-sensitive products.
We also highly recommend choosing expedited shipping whenever possible during periods of extreme heat or cold. Faster shipping means less time in transit and less time your goodies spend exposed to temperature extremes and the elements.
While we take care when packing your order, weather and temperatures during transit are outside of our control. Choosing appropriate thermal protection when needed and a faster shipping method gives temperature-sensitive products the best chance of arriving in great condition.
