We package each order carefully, but once your package leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee against temperature-related changes or melting.

Please bring your order indoors as soon as possible after delivery. If the fudge arrives soft, place it somewhere cool or refrigerate it until firm. Softening or melting caused by heat does not necessarily mean the product has spoiled.
