All Pik 'n Mix selections are packed in a shared environment. While we take care when preparing orders, we cannot guarantee the separation of allergens, dietary preferences, or specific ingredients within custom mixes.

Shipping & Temperature Advisory
Candy is sensitive to temperature changes during transit. Exposure to heat may cause softening, sticking, loss of sour coating, or changes in texture. Exposure to cold temperatures may cause some candies, particularly Scandinavian gummies and foam candies, to become firm or hard.
These changes are typically cosmetic and do not affect the safety or quality of the product. For the best experience, allow your candy to return to room temperature for 24 to 48 hours before enjoying. Texture and chewiness will generally return once the candy has warmed naturally.
As shipping and storage conditions during transit are beyond our control, we cannot guarantee products will arrive unaffected by seasonal temperatures.
