During warmer months or when shipping to hotter regions, insulated liners and ice packs may be necessary and will be included where appropriate. We strongly recommend selecting expedited shipping when temperatures exceed 20°C (68°F).
During colder months, allow the product to return to room temperature before enjoying for the best texture and flavour.
