Temperature-Controlled Shipping Notice
Candy is sensitive to temperature fluctuations during transit. Exposure to heat may cause products to soften, melt, stick together, or lose their shape. Exposure to cold temperatures may cause certain candies to become firm, hard, brittle, or less chewy than intended.
Ice packs are available for purchase and are strongly recommended during warmer conditions.
When temperatures are elevated, we may automatically add an ice pack to your order if one has not been selected. Orders requiring temperature protection will not ship until payment for the added packaging has been completed.
During warmer months or when shipping to hotter regions, insulated liners and ice packs may be necessary and will be included where appropriate. We strongly recommend selecting expedited shipping when temperatures exceed 20°C (68°F).
During colder months, some candies may arrive firmer than expected. In most cases, allowing the product to rest at room temperature for 24 to 48 hours will help restore its intended texture.
