We package beverages carefully; however, once your parcel has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit temperatures and handling conditions are outside of our control. The Sour Moose cannot guarantee carbonated beverages against temperature- or pressure-related damage during shipping.

During periods of extreme hot or cold weather, we recommend selecting the fastest available shipping option or delaying your order until conditions improve.
