Weather-Sensitive Shipping Notice
BUBS candies are sensitive to temperature changes during shipping. Cold temperatures can cause them to become temporarily firm, hard or brittle, while warmer temperatures may make them softer, tackier or cause pieces to stick together.
These texture changes are a normal result of temperature exposure and do not necessarily indicate a problem with the product. If your candy arrives cold or firm, leave the sealed bag at room temperature for 24–48 hours before opening. If pieces arrive warm or sticky, allow them to return to a cool room temperature before separating.
Because we cannot control temperatures or conditions once an order is in the carrier’s possession, texture changes caused by weather or transit are not considered product defects.
