Weather-Sensitive Shipping Notice

BUBS candies are sensitive to temperature changes during shipping. Cold temperatures can cause them to become temporarily firm, hard or brittle, while warmer temperatures may make them softer, tackier or cause pieces to stick together.

Sour candies may also develop some surface moisture or tackiness as temperatures fluctuate. This can happen when the acidic sour ingredients and sugars react to changes in temperature and humidity and does not necessarily indicate a problem with the candy.

If your BUBS arrive cold or firm, leave the sealed bag at room temperature for 24–48 hours before opening. If they arrive warm or sticky, allow them to return to a cool room temperature before separating the pieces.

Because we cannot control temperatures or conditions once an order is in the carrier’s possession, texture or surface changes caused by weather and transit are not considered product defects.
