Shipping

Licorice is sensitive to temperature and may change in texture during transit. Cold temperatures can cause licorice to become firmer or harder than usual, while warm temperatures may cause pieces to soften, become sticky, or stick together.

If your candy arrives cold or firm, please leave the sealed bag at room temperature for 24–48 hours before enjoying. In most cases, the candy will soften as it returns to room temperature.
