They include palm fat and coconut oil, along with lactic acid and citric acid for balance, and sodium lactate and sodium citrate for structure. They are flavoured with artificial apple flavour and include emulsifiers such as mono- and diglycerides and glycerol. Colour is derived from added colourants including tartrazine and brilliant blue FCF.
