Cold Weather Shipping Notice

Because BUBS candies are made without gluten or gelatin, they are more sensitive to temperature changes than traditional gummies. During colder months, products may firm up or become more prone to breakage during transit.

Exposure to cold delivery trucks and winter shipping conditions can affect texture, causing them to feel harder or more brittle on arrival.

If your candy arrives firm, allow it to come to room temperature in a sealed bag for 24–48 hours before consuming. This may help restore texture after exposure to cold weather.

During temperature or humidity changes, some pieces may also develop a light surface moisture or glossy appearance commonly known as “citric sweat.” This is a natural reaction caused by sour coatings adjusting to environmental conditions and does not affect freshness or flavour quality.
