Ice packs are available for purchase and are strongly recommended during warmer conditions.

When temperatures are elevated, we may automatically add an ice pack to your order if one has not been selected. Orders requiring temperature protection will not ship until payment for the added packaging has been completed.

During warmer months or when shipping to hotter regions, insulated liners and ice packs may be necessary and will be included where appropriate. We strongly recommend selecting expedited shipping when temperatures exceed 20°C (68°F).

During colder months, allow the product to return to room temperature before enjoying.
