Because BUBS candies are gluten and gelatin-free, they are more sensitive to temperature changes than traditional gummies. Exposure to cold delivery trucks and winter shipping conditions can temporarily affect their texture, causing them to feel harder or more brittle on arrival.

If your candy arrives firmer than expected, don’t worry. Simply leave the bags sealed at room temperature for 24–48 hours. They will gradually return to their normal soft, foamy texture.
